The Humble Collective

M.O.

At the beginning of our company's conception, we had one direction: to create unique clothing for progressive individuals. We masked our label under the words "Humble" and "Collective". In today's society of over-indulged fashion, there seems to be a lack of clothing that doesn't project the idea of overused and cheap. Homogeneous apparel is rampant, do a hashtag search of "street wear" or "clothing" and the same loud, gaudy designs float across your screen. In today's society, it is easier for a company to just recycle the same ideas over and over because it moves product. Originality has died to hype. This philosophy is apparent in all levels of art and we strive to break that. This company strives to remove itself from the trends that are off-putting to anyone who classifies their self as an individual. We make most of our clothing by hand and scour our urban surroundings for unique materials and upcycle them into our clothing. We edit clothing, we make it better, we make it Humble.

The Collective is creating fashionable wears with a different message. There is no dopeness, there is no fly, there is only humility. We are underground, founded by four individuals: two artists, a journalist, and a photographer. While our core remains four strong, the Collective is vast, incorporating many people from different walks of life who have all contributed to the progress of this humble movement. When we started this back in 2013, we only set out to make clothing. One and a half years later, we have created an underground consciousness that exists independent of ourselves now. We hope you become apart of this consciousness and support a company doing something different; you are welcomed with open arms into the collective.

Humble is our message; change can only happen through collectiveness.
